I love this song and I absolutely respect and admire the artists intention and their art. Gotta say though, it's so filled with local and specific references that me, a Scottish guy simply doesn't understand without looking it all up. But, fair enough, I love The Wrens music x
@Noamchomsky I live in the Northeastern US where this song references and it's still pretty oblique and specific to what he's thinking. The only ones to really know are Brown (very exclusive, selective university in Rhode Island) and Cape May (seaside resort town in New Jersey). Everything else is pretty cryptic.
