I think this song is mainly about heroin (it’s often referred to as “down”), although it could be also about waiting for a sex worker (Sunday girl) to come and bring the dope to him. Sunday is generally the slow day of the week (for resting) so he’s waiting for his relaxing “Sunday girl” to come and bring him his heroin and they will probably hang out together and do heroin.
