"K.F." means "Kyle Forever" and it is a reference to Kyle Pavone ("We Came as Romans") who died in August 2018. The band explained, "KYLE FOREVER. We love you and miss you brother. You'd be so proud of your boys." Frontman Telle Smith commented, "It's one of our favorite songs. We didn't want to feel like we were selling it [...] It was something I felt like I needed to do to honor Kyle and We Came As Romans."
