This seems like something I can relate to. Moving few times in the past few years has completely ruined my sense of attachment to anything. I feel like I have no "home" and in this bleakness, everywhere is equally "home".
These are the thoughts you may be having while touring on the bus. You often have nothing to do but watching the clouds on the run. After a while they reflect the ephemeral nature of your life. Nothing permanent to stick to. Everything is just temporary.
Once you enter this path in life, it seems impossible to get back to stationary life and pure form of attachment, because something is going to be missing forever.
