This song is about narcissistic abuse. This is about the non abuser trying to get away but keeps getting sucked back into the abuse by the abuser. Narcissistic relationships are exactly how this is described with the fighting and the making up. Narcissists love drama and they love the negative because it gives them power. This song demonstrates how a person knows they need to leave and tries but then that other person lays on the charm and reals them back in only to harm them again and again. Vicious cycle of charm to harm.
"Baby there you go again making me love you"...the charm is back on and the victim, "not using my head I let it all go" letting your guard down and allowing the fake charm and love back in.
The "feeling stupid and crawling back to you", because this vicious cycle continues on and on with the narcissist. They are incapable of really loving or feeling and the abused one knows this deep down but they go back any way because they so want to believe that they are loved by their narcissist the same way they love them. Ultimately, they want so badly to have a loving nurturing relationship with the fake persona that the narcissiat puts on, but the fake persona never lasts behind closed doors and they are back and at their "bully" state again.
The narcissist generally appears like the perfect husband or wife to everyone not closely related. And they don't allow co-workers and neighbors to see the bad side in most cases. They lie and blame everything on the one they are abusing. Even making the abused feel responsible for their affairs and everything. They down play their faults and over exaggerate their achievements. While they do the opposite for your faults and achievemnts. They have to be "king of the mountain" at all cost and they truly don't care about anyone else. They are incapable.
I agree.
It describes a relationship with a Borderline Personality Disordered person perfectly.
If you find yourself relating to this song - get the hell out!

@Gurangel You nailed it! I can speak from experience because I am just coming out of a relationship with a woman like this. The constant drama, abuse, push and pull has completely done my head in. She's hot and knows she can use sex to get me back at aytime she wants, then she just drains my energy till I become a doormat and finds some excuse to take off with another man. My only consolation is knowing that she has to live with the horrible person that she is.
