I don't think this song is about pedophilia. I mean the narrator is obviously old enough to drive, a child would not be. I do think the narrator is considerably younger than their love interest who I think is of latinx or hispanic background because the song title contains a spanish word "guerrilla" and so does the first line "You say I am loca because I am your girl." (Loca means young or wild in Spanish).

Personally I think this song is about two women having a sexual relationship. They meet in her car to be intimate then the narrator drops them off to go back to their family and their kids. The narrator is asked to keep the relationship private but they want to tell the whole world. The line about the narrator being dressed up as a boy by their lover makes me think their partner isn't comfortable with their relationship and has to dress the other in more masculine to make it seem more heterosexual. The narrator doesn't care, she is her girl and will protect her from others finding out. She is a sad baby warrior for their lover, as the title can be translated to. (pony because she's young or a baby guerrilla because she's protecting and fighting for her lover)
