I always assumed the Wall represents the barrier which prevents them from being 'normal' like you and I And that he fears he will never be normal.
It's raining today The blinds are shut, it's always the same I tried all the games that they play But they made me insane
Maybe he's talking about the rest of the band and how he feels differently?
