Since that i know that TFK is a christian band i think that this song means either 1 of 2 things: A: it is the perspective of Jesus when he is dieing at the cross cause it says 2 things similar to what it says in the Bible : tell my mother i love her and in the gospel Jesus says to John " this is ur mother" and to Marry " this is ur son". and it says Those people, please love them

Listen I've got to tell you something like if i remember correctly in the Bible Jesus says something like " don't hate those who persecute me". or B this could be a letter from the future or past ( past at the time Christians were persecuted. future: when Christians are outlawed again) and the person is captured and put on death row and they are saying their last words to their loved ones.
