I think this is about a dom/slave relationship...could possibly be one that is not completely accepted by the slave but they are too shameful or fearful to run away so they stay.
:::You look like me
And I look like no one else
We need no other
As long as we have ourselves
But I won't cry about it
Every time you get obsessed
Every time I came undressed
All ugly thoughts are gone
I'm sure we'll all be friends::::
This portion of lyrics I think describes the possibility that this is a parent/child relationship involved as well (You Look Like Me) and (I Look Like No One Else) maybe this was an only child further complicating things because the child endangered here in this complicated scenario had no one else to turn to. Maybe it was the mother or father doing the sexual abuse and the child here is not able to go to anyone else cause the other parent is estranged or would otherwise take the other parents side or knows about the abuse but does nothing.
