First....this song is about lead singer Alex's addiction to alcohol! Not about a fucking girl....read the lyrics its very clear!

Basically means drink up, its time to party - let go out and have a good time...but when you make the move from going out with friends drinking at bars to drinking alone in your house you become an alcoholic
