If anyone can tell me what "man is a four letter word, it's really absurd. The hate isn't fake, it's just inferred." means, I would greatly appreciate it. I have sat here for 17 days trying to figure it out. Please help me.

This is actually pretty simple. The phrase "four letter word" is a euphemism coined in the late 20th century that refers to an unmentioned "profane" word. There are a large amount of English swear words that are four letters and could include popular and slang terms for sexual activity, genitalia, hell/damnation, or excretionary functions.

Basically all he's saying is that Man has become something profane to him and he's not pretending to be disgust/angry, he's just disguising it.

Celerian hit it on the head. In addition to that explanation "The hate isn't fake, its just inferred." means that the protagonists hate is clearly evident or conclusive towards the world he lives in. The line "I'm down to absolute zero. Another zealot with the weight of the fucking world." pretty much describes where he currently is with his world. Finally, based on the music video, I sense some visuals with suicide when the protagonist is forced to choose between going on with his life or ending it as he is prompted with two buttons and is forced to choose...
