I believe this song is about meeting someone new in yoru life and wanting them to open up, I take it as a song basically saying "You are amazing the way you are, and I'm here for you, you can come to me with anything, but first you have to open up for me"

Just my thoughts though.. good song, at first I thought it couldn't get any better with Sounds of Madness, and then my brother bought this album and it is so much better! Rock on \m/
