I have always liked this song for the party aspect. Just recently, a contestant on American Idol, Colton Dixon, sang it and the lyrics really resonated with me. Maybe because he really slowed it down. I have had this song on repeat for three days. This may sound crazy but this song completely describes the time period when I gave my life to the Lord. September 30th (close to the 21st), I had an emotional breakdown. In October, I gave my life to the Lord. In December, I was baptized. Even though this was the toughest time emotionally for me in my life, it was the most beautiful because I fell in love with Jesus and I realized that He loved me through it.
