Well sure, I guess in the broadest sense of the word, yes, it is music in that it has instrumentation, lyrics, tempo, etc. But I mean, if your definition of what qualifies as music includes any stipulations with regards to, say, meaning, listenability, creativity, or anything like that, then I'm sure you are mourning the death of music like I am.
