I get that it's annoying when people think that every song is about Kurt, but this one clearly is. And no, he isn't speaking to Courntey about letting it die. I think he's finally allowing himself to be angry with Kurt, asking him, did you ever think of me? and why'd you have to let it die?
He isn't wasting his time on Courtney because he's above that. the only reference to her in this song is blushing bride. The rest of it is straight to Kurt, and more power to him for realising it's okay to be angry. Loved ones often are when suicide is involved. x
