Even without that, though, I feel like the meaning's pretty self-evident. It's the end of the world, for whatever reason, and she's talking about the world falling apart, and asking some other person who's important to her if they'll find her as the world is ending, so they can be together when they die.
When I listen to the song, I just sort of think of the entire world falling apart, and just running to find that one person in the world who means everything to me, and just holding each other until the very end. Despite the apocalyptic theme, it's actually a very romantic song, in my opinion.
