Twilight at Carbon Lake Lyrics

Reminds me of Twin Peaks, I just saw the series and the movie recently. Particularly the line "Go towards the mirror and, pray that you'll see, someone else." I know it's Bradford being self-deprecating, but it also reminds me of Bob from Twin Peaks, when he possessed Leland and Leland sees Bob in the mirror. Also, the last few lines, "Time slows when it goes away" could be about the Black Lodge, where time is slowed to non-existent state. Praying is also a theme in the movie, as it saves Ronette from Bob, and in the end Laura's soul is free to go to the White Lodge when see see's her guardian angel. Maybe I am grasping for straws, the middle part doesn't relate to TP at all, but I do sense some similarities, both in the music and the lyrics. Bradford probably is a huge Lynch fan.

@Zero7teen spoilers much?
