It's written with a double, and at the time of release hidden meaning as his illness was covered up, right until the day before he died. The Innuendo album had already been delayed from it's original planned release in 1990 to early 1991 and the Days of our lives single was released as a double A side with Bohemian Rhapsody in time for the Christmas number 1 of 1991.
