Yes, she might be directing portions of this song at someone specific - like the media, or perhaps a blogger who made fun of her struggles....
But i really think this is mostly for her own benefit, as a response to her inner struggles.......and i tell ya, i've never been into music from people like Demi, or the Jonas Brothers, or Hannah Montanna, or Bieber-boy....but i'm in LOVE with this song. You can hear the passion in her voice when she sings now, and it's so much more than some teeny-bopper crap. I'm officially a fan of Demi L., and i hope the rest of her new album is mature and impassioned like this!! =D
