She is sick of hearing the stories of other girls her age talking about how they have all the freedom in the world to go where they want without their parents, or any adult for that matter. When it says "They're made of lipstick, plastic and paint" it obviously means she obviously wants to wear make-up, fake nails and all of that junk, but again isn't allowed to do what the other girls her age are allowed to do. She probably also wants to swear, but not allowed when it says "Daddy's girl learned fast
