It's about coke.

"It asks me back again It calls me Love and holds me tight I don't need a thing to remind me That I'm part of the world" Drugs, especially coke, make the user feel accepted and apart of the world, and in general confident and with purpose. Also, it's very addictive--"it asks me back again"--and users usually crave it soon after taking it because the high doesn't last very long.

"And I felt all creamed on in white I felt so permanently alive" Perfect description of coke. "Creamed on in white... permanently alive" = cooookkkeee. hello!
Also the song is perfect for the turmoil going on inside someone doing drugs--the beginning is like the high and the second part of the song--its energetic, loud and sort of happy and then starting with 2:19 it changes pace, and gets creepy and dark, just like a come down from a drug.

Anyway, I love this song, not coke though. Coke is bad, don't do it, very addictive and bad for you.
