First of all, I don't think its about God. This song is very beautiful. One of the best songs I know that's sort of about hope and believing in each other. Pretty self explanatory, but here's what I'm pretty sure its about: this girl named Amy is feeling sad and angry, and she can't find the beauty in anything as she watches other people do. Then a friend or someone talks to her and gives her advice, and she eventually she changes and sees all the love and beauty. I think the song is just saying that we can help other people, we can see love and beauty and appreciate this world.
