It has already been mentioned several times above; Mike Patton was partaking in a sleep deprivation experiment and wrote this song, along with Land Of Sunshine. There is no deep meaning regarding masturbation, being gay, etc. It's a stream-of-consciousness song written while delirious from lack of sleep while being over-caffeinated. I'm all about people interpreting songs for themselves, but when the band tells you what it's about, it's time to defer to them.
