While I do see the suicide, I think it is about one man's absolute love for a girl. She has been to the edge, maybe threatened suicide, but he stood by her no matter what. Even if no one will be there for her, he will always.
As for the "Weightless" and the part of her hanging in the air, I do not believe that is physical. Rather, she is floating around, bouncing around from one guy to another. He wants to bring her down to him, because he is the only one that can love her as much as he does
