For me this is about being bullied, having your ambitions belittled by others. Growing till tall could mean to stand out from the crowd, to gain self belief and to achieve what you want despite others. Knowing that your detractors will fall in the end brings me great comfort. They will fall and you will grow.
Musically this is a fantastic song. Building from delicate vocals and sublime music the harsher more electronic end of the song is the perfect contrast and adds more power to the line "you'll know" emphasising that you will, in time, grow.
@HelenFH That\'s interesting. I am surprised by the strange shouting at the end of the live version, and for the lack of a better word, the rage of it, perhaps it is more of a triumphing rage. I am not sure what was shouted but I think it\'s something like "They so cold, or today so cold".
