Alright I'm really interested in finding out what this song means, if anything, so someone please help me out here. The best I can come up with at the moment are general observations:

but i'm stuck inside your vestibule with no way to atone----Going off the fact that he likes star wars, could it be that these lines are referring to Han Solo stuck in carbonite at Jabba the Hutts grotto? The carbonite was rather monolithic, and since Han was stuck in that vestibule he certainly had no way to atone, not to mention Jabba was always at that throne.
i gnashed my vexing jowl at the suffragette crown--This could be Jabba, going by the Jowl, cause he was fat as hell, gnashing at Leia, she was female and royalty, as the phrase "suffragette crown" implies.
the jewel of my retribution makes empires rise and fall--Luke anyone? Think of the title The Empire Strikes Back. He certainly was on path of retribution.

you'll have such a noble swarm..--maybe C3PO and R2D2, idk, they were drones.
Well it's all a stretch, but I think it's safe to say it has to do with Star Wars. Maybe someone could elaborate that knows more about this or star wars
