"arecibo message" as written by Bradley Kimber, Mansur Zennelli, Christopher Decinque, Beau Fair and Michael Barrett....
my earthly womb in your monolith
you've got it sewn, bunching at my hips
i ventured to your city to meet you at your throne
but i'm stuck inside your vestibule with no way to atone

i gnashed my vexing jowl at the suffragette crown
the temple steps above my cringe
the temple steps beneath my scowl
and what's the use of pleading thirst,
i see you drinking from my cup

you're not the flesh i was after so i try scraping off the blight
can't get no passage to my terminus when i'm dying every night
so don't perspire with excitement
in fact don't perspire at all
the jewel of my retribution makes empires rise and fall

how could you defy these precious little ones
the very ones that show you love
i know you've got that filament
so how could you defy these precious little ones

somethings got a hold on me, about to breech the seat
you're not the flesh i was after so i try scraping off the blight
can't get no passage to my terminus when i'm dying every night
so don't perspire with excitement
in fact don't perspire at all
if the drones become enlightened
you'll have such a noble swarm...

General CommentAnd what's the use of pleading thirst, I see you drinking from my cup*
The jewel of my retribution makes empires rise and fall.*
How could you defy these precious little words?*
Somethings got a hold on me, about to breach this seal.*
Can't get no passage to my terminus when I'm dying every night,*
If the drones become enlightened you'll have such a noble swarm.*

May not be right, but that's what I hear differently.

General Commentmy earthly womb in your 'monolith'
i 'venture' to your city to meet you at your throne
harness my vexing child in the 'suffragette' crown (crowd?)

how could you defy these precious little (ones?) makes more sense with the next line

General CommentWell the Arecibo message was something humans sent into space, like a message. And a filament is a term used in astronomy... I say this song has something to do with outer space, or the metaphor of outer space travel.

Everytime I listen to the "precious little ones" chorus I think of Star Wars episode III when Anakin kills all the children. Good song though!

General CommentAlright I'm really interested in finding out what this song means, if anything, so someone please help me out here. The best I can come up with at the moment are general observations:
my earthly womb in your monolith
you've got it sewn, bunching at my hips
i ventured to your city to meet you at your throne
but i'm stuck inside your vestibule with no way to atone----Going off the fact that he likes star wars, could it be that these lines are referring to Han Solo stuck in carbonite at Jabba the Hutts grotto? The carbonite was rather monolithic, and since Han was stuck in that vestibule he certainly had no way to atone, not to mention Jabba was always at that throne.

i gnashed my vexing jowl at the suffragette crown--This could be Jabba, going by the Jowl, cause he was fat as hell, gnashing at Leia, she was female and royalty, as the phrase "suffragette crown" implies.

the jewel of my retribution makes empires rise and fall--Luke anyone? Think of the title The Empire Strikes Back. He certainly was on path of retribution.

i know you've got that filament--Filament aka the force!

    if the drones become enlightened
you'll have such a noble swarm..--maybe C3PO and R2D2, idk, they were drones.

Well it's all a stretch, but I think it's safe to say it has to do with Star Wars. Maybe someone could elaborate that knows more about this or star wars
