I think this is about drugs and the obsession/addiction for them/it. There are to many references to drugly things (for example:Charismatic pill, An automatic high, Charismatic drug,Injected into me,Burning in my veins).

talks about the rave scene (maybe) where drugs like ecstacy and various others are prevelant. I really feel this is about drugs/raving, but the lady thing matches, i guess. But my opinion is drugs/party rave
