I believe the French in the middle goes:
Avec moi, avec toi, avec coeur, avec un esprit (drawn out to "e-s-prit") Nos têtes, nos langues, nos oreilles étaient toujours remplies...
Also I've always thought it was "Mon coeur, c'est fort" rather than "si fort", but I don't know how to distinguish those pronunciations in French.
