Alright, so there are few possibilities out there what Humane can represent as a whole. Here's yet another addition, which might sound like nonsense at first but it will strike a hidden meaning or two when examined at length:
Two lovers have been apart some odds months. The female just split becuase of changes and circumstances neither saw coming. There was an interruption, let's say for a time.
The dude was trapped in a dark world against his will and she could no longer comfort him. Separated by fate and all. So, he gets this courage to break free and tryies to locate her, the problem is he's not equipped to do so...no phone, no idea where she might be, so he finds refuge from his feelings in his Internet. He listens to all the music he missed out on, all the new releases ans such. He looks at street view maps pinpointing the apartment where his lover stayed last and wished she were still there.
To him, not seeing or hearing from her is like a failed internet connection. Somewhere along the line the plug was pulled on their relationship. She reflected sadly that he abandoned her, that it was a choice he made but not so-he was in hell all that time. Now it was up to him to save what they had together.
As you already, know a red x over a minutely sized computer icon means no connection=no play. He was offline in that manner. The same technolgy applies to the heart monitor. a single flat line means you're gone and that's the best way to describe this reconcilliation about to happen. Like something being reborn.
In a dreamlike state he sees himself clicking on a program titled "My relationships"
Upon clicking it there's an icon of his lover's face shaded in grey, therefore unclickable.
So days later, period of time after being freed from hell, he somehow is able to contact her by phone by calling her new phone number. That's when the red x disappears. His lover's display icon is filled with a rainbow of color, graphically outlining her feature perfectly. So when he clicks on it this time, a sort of portal opens up and an hourglass appears and in a short time he's taken to her profile with endless options. And the best part of all is that it's really her. Humane serves as like the opening sequence of what to come. The lovers call each other daily. He does her small favors while she's away still and she praises him. The long-distance relationship becomes much shorter.
Here you have the ideal "awakening a lost love" theme.
