In My Opinion, It's About A Relationship, That Has Become More
Like A Prison. In The First Verse, It Talks About Each Day Becoming
The Same As The Day Before. Just A Lonely Day, And How Once Strong
Feelings, Seem So Far Away.
A Prisoner Considers The "Outside" To Be Anything Beyond Prison Walls.
He's Breaking Out From The Inside, The Walls That Hold Him Back, And
How He's Determined To Breathe Air From The "Outside". Outside The Walls
Holding Him Back.
2nd Verse Says How He's Held Down, It's The Equivalent To Being
"Flat On His Face". Then Goes On To Say The Relationship Is A Cage,
Which he Refuses To Let Hold Him Back Any More. He Realizes That
He Needs To Find The Strength To Get Out Of The Relationship. To Break
Free.
The Bridge Is Just Saying How He Is Confused On How He Allowed This To Happen
