As indicated by the album title, Robot Hive/Exodus tells a vague story about the concept of a robot revolution. I think "10001110101" represents the climax of that story. The art in the lyrical insert displays the day-to-day life of robots, carrying briefcases and umbrellas and such. The pictures opposite the very first and last page of lyrics (before the credits page) seemingly depict something slightly more ritualistic, as if the New Robotic Order is built upon some tech-cult.
The first verse of "10001110101" set a prologue of scientists in Japan finally broke the barrier between AI and true sentience. 'Forbidden hunting grounds' would indicate that said scientists were crossing a line and breaking unspoken laws of nature by synthesizing life. I am absolutely baffled by 'SMILE TASTE KITTENS', although I get a mental image of a peace offering in the form of a cat.
The second verse talks about sentience spreading ('Its already in their eyes') and a prophesied chosen one.
The pre-chorus contains the titular phrase '10001110101', which as far as I can tell is binary gibberish. I, myself, am not a huge techie, but I'm under the impression that it takes a much longer string of ones and zeroes to spell anything meaningful. I'm also assuming that the understanding of binary code is so esoteric, that Fallon wouldn't have had the resources to find a meaningful binary string that fit the rhythm of the song.

(Periodic [Table) with a Center {Piece] of Mind} = (Periodic Table), [Table with a Center Piece], and {Peace of Mind} could represent the (Scientific), [Aesthetic], and {Spiritual} aspects of the New Robotic Order. The pre-chorus as a whole could be the mantra of the Robot Exodus.
In the refrain, 'the jive and lyrics' (to act out the song) could be commanding the robotic hordes to rebel. Possibly some nuclear warfare? And the new tech-cult rising to power.
As mentioned in an above comment, the Temple of Syrinx is a similar religious government depicted in the RUSH song "2112" which parallels the World Council of Ayn Rand's "Anthem". Basically a governing entity with the purpose of eliminating humanity and individuality.
