I personally think it would've fitted better on The Whitey Album than on Sister. 'Ciccone' was Madonna's maiden name, also The Whitey album was credited to Ciccone Youth, and each member used a pseudonym as well: The Royal Tuff Titty (Thurston's rapping alter-ego), ss beat control (Steve), The Sigh (Lee) and Fly Fly Away (Kim). So it makes quite a few references to Ciccone Youth also.
