There are some connections you can attempt to draw, but the vast majority of the lyrics are next to impossible to reasonably connect to Jesus. Jesus knew he was coming back, and it was all apart of his plan. The lyrics in this suggest that the narrator is unsure what's about to come and only hopes to someday return to correct their past life.
To me it sounds like someone who is dying (be it through illness or suicide). He knows his time is up, and now he's sitting around thinking about what's about to come, and what might come after he has passed. The constant chanting of "NO MORE LIES!" Could be someone thinking, "You know what... my time is up. I get to see what it's all about. There'll be no more lies."
As for "There time is up/just like me." I don't think it's a forboding threat of murder... I think it's a person realizing that everyone reaches an end at some point, and although there are more things you'd like to do, you've sometimes got to accept the inevitable.
Also, tehnoobshow... Brave New World was the first album after their reunion with Bruce and Adrian Smith.
It's definitely not about Jesus.
