The song "Natural Life", I think means that basic idea of life is a lie. Yes it is true that we are born, live and then eventually will die as nature does intend for everything that is created. But for mankind, the idea of natural/normal life is something is way to basic to fit mankinds true potential. We will indeed face trials and tribulations in life, "I dont wanna feel your new disease", the ups and downs, but those parts of life are not what should be allowed to define who or what a person is.
