While in some areas of the song, the lyrics do seem to be regard the issue of people too concerned with worldy possessions,
there are numerous times the song focuses on christians taking the wrong approach towards introducing someone to god.
I also think that it talks about people that call themselves christians, but don't really even have a relationship with God. It suggests that those people are just going through the motions, and not truly trying to develop that relationship. ie. "Fall to your knees, accomplishing nothing. Fall to your knees, only to exercise your schedule."
