Agreed on the facetiousness of the song. The boasts, and particularly the line "My own individuality is so unique" are clearly jabs at those "more different than you" types who see random acts of violence and vandalism as anarchistic, and who embrace the idea that they're somehow special compared to the rest of the world; it's the delusions of a washed-up would-be anarchist who misses the mark by being so obsessed with "going against the flow" that they fail to see the truth of their own pop-culture identity.
