Anywayyy....I think this is about two people who have committed a crime and are lying to try and get themselves off the hook. The sketch in black and white are the pictures that have drawn up of them and are on wanted signs and stuff..
Maybe I'm just thinking of it in the literal sense, maybe the meaning is deeper than this but this is all I can think of.
