For Me, Yeah Its all about Love.. But I believe this situation its quite tricky for this man on this song.. Maybe that girl the one approach him, And then he start to loves her.. But I believe that person maybe already engaged or having someone that she cant do anything about it.. And that man already give up on her and try to move on but sometimes that girl still find him.. Thats Y in this lyric i "ask you why you're back to try to let me lose again".. Anyway this song just like Shakespeare sonnet..
