I think there are some errors in the lyrics. "Not gonna ever own what's mine" should be "Now can I ever own what's mine"
This is my take on the song. I think this whole song is based on Bella's point of view.
"How can I decide what's right? When you're clouding up my mind, I can't win you're losing fight all the time."
Edward is always on Bella's mind and she can't decide on whether turning into a vampire is the right thing to do. All she knows is that she wants to be with him forever.
"Now can I ever own what's mine? You're always taking sides but you won't take away my pride, not this time. No not this time."
She's referring to her life. She believes that it's her life and she should have the right to be turned into a vampire but Edward refuses to do it. The pride part refers to how she's determined to be transformed.
"How did we get here? I used to know you so well. How did we get here? I think I know.
Do you see what we've done? Gone and made such fools of ourselves."
I'm not sure about this part but I think she's referring to herself. I can imagine her looking at the mirror and speaking to her own reflection. She doesn't know herself anymore because falling in love has changed her. She's making a fool of herself because she has fallen in love with a vampire.
"The truth is hiding in your eyes and its boiling in my blood, just hanging on your tongue... but you think that I can't see what kind of man that you are, if you're a man at all. Well, I will figure this one out on my own"
The truth part is referring to Edward's thirst for Bella's blood. It's just hanging on his tongue that he wants to drink it. Throughout the book she has always trusted Edward and was never fearful in front of him so Edward doesn't think that she understands how dangerous it is to be around him. The truth is that she does understand about the danger and that he is suffering from being around her and not being able to drink her blood. But she loves him too much to stay away and will figure everything out on her own (which takes us back to her decision on turning into a vampire, the only way they can be together forever, without making Edward suffer).
"Oh there is something I see in you
It could kill me but I want it to be true."
Bella wants Edward to end her human life so that she can start a vampire life with him.
