(((Juding by the final line of the song it makes me think he's referring to jesus. The old reason about jesus if he existed is, either he was mad (crazy) or god does exist. Oh yeah another very valid meaning could be about his father. His father is religious and or really close minded and tries to exert his believes onto Anthony.
