I use to think this song was about an old couple meeting up with each other after many years, that all. But after Trliber8's comment and listen to it again I do believe the song is ending in a hospital. So I now think it's about a girl in the afterlife waiting on an old love to pass on (he got in a car crash or was hit by a car) so they can be together again. I'm not sure it fully holds up but I like the fact that I've listen to this song bout a million times and just now I've seen a new way to interpurate it. Imogen Heap is freaking AWESOME!
