"Dad I've never seen" - Again, didn't know his father, because he was adopted.
"I was never meant to be" - At the time of Moses, all new-born boys were murdered because of a prophecy or something, and he was spared because he was hidden from the Egyptians and raised by the Royal family.
The rest of the first verse goes on about how he wandered around Egypt before being called by God to do his bidding.
