i LOOOOVE this song. can't get enough of it!!
i personally think it's about getting over someone. she wants to go somewhere far away (hawaii for instance) where she can just deal with the break up in her own way in solice... without the issues of daily life. she still very much cares about that other person and "dream about them every night" but she believes that if she went somewhere like hawaii, in paradise, she won't think of them anymore "taken away in just one flight." she is giving herself and the other person space so that "neither one of them can be found" and they can both get over each other and move on for good.
...but that's just my take on it. idk, i still love this song!!
