Are you serious, or yet another fan claiming yet another Foos song is aboot the genius frontman's death (not to be so cynical, but you know what so many fellow Nirvana fans falsely claim). This song isn't too bad, but honestly, there are better Foos songs out there. The video's funny, but being played on MTV a lot, which is sort of commercial (I'm not a big fan of MTV, it's sort of a sellout-once-music channel; stations like FUSE are way better, actually talking aboot and playing actual music) makes it slightly less appealing.
