ShyBoysWinXO: You've got the right idea. If you want to be a vegan, hey, you've got my respect. You try to have a normal discussion (and/or try deliberately to piss people off). People like missneurotic, though, are zealous. So, I do my very best to annoy them until they go preach somewhere else (I'd do the same with any religious person, or whatever).
That's what people don't like about 'militant' vegans; constantly they're trying to somehow convert you to their cause, and to be honest, it's annoying. Seriously, I can't think of any reason to be offended by somone's eating habit (unless said habits include, like, children of something... Wait, disregard that, eating children sounds awesome).
