All humans have sharp teeth! not so much baby teeth but adult teeth, yes! (I'm a biology nut, excuse me). The front teeth (excluding k9s) are made for cutting; it's the way they're shaped. The k9s are for tearing at meat. The molars are for grinding both meat and plant matter.
