Is fearing fear itself - he's a bit scared of what he did to himself, the sensation is so new and unknown.

And put it on the shelf - he doesn't want it happening any more, he says to himself 'Oh God please make it stop' - but it won't stop.

The lights are all too bright - pupils are bigger now, letting inside his eye more light, thus the lights are dazzling him.

Spill out on the floor - he feels like the drugs have totally chopped his brain converting it into gooey mash.
Sweep 'em up, Throw 'em away
Don't want 'em anymore
