I got it off the internet with the name Alice in Chains with Pearl Jam!

Anyway, I think it is about a guy who probably intentionally/unintentionally manged to hurt someone he loved and she committed suicide. Later he realizes he cannot live without her and feels guilty about being responsible about her death. In the end, he decides to die too coz he 'can't live alone'.
