I am gonna go out on a limb and just say what the hell I think it is about. I think it is about someone who died and is watching the person they love from their grave as they look down at them. Vice Versa (Lover is looking down into the grave). He mentions two hearts, one is slashed and the other is melting. Thus I think there is a double story taking place.
